The growth of a business or institution often requires expansion of facilities or construction of new ones. Early in the planning stages of these projects, we work with clients to project needs for people and additional manufacturing, production and storage space. MWY architectural master plans begin with a narrative report with data and documentation that support broad recommendations for structures and site utilization. A program outlining what areas are required and how they relate to each other is also provided. Upon approval of these general recommendations, we develop drawings showing new and existing buildings, parking areas, location of services, drives, etc. When these concepts are approved, the project is ready for more detailed architectural plans.

If requested, MWY may also develop feasibility studies analyzing costs for alternate construction methods and materials, HVAC and other building systems, such as vertical transportation, environmental controls, security, etc.
