A Smooth Expansion

MWY's principal challenge for this project was to create a comprehensive, stimulating design for expansion and renovation of existing facilities without interrupting operations. The facade of the existing structure was modified to blend seamlessly into the new addition, giving a cohesive appearance to the completed building.

The upgrade also included a new Service Center building, a renovated equipment-storage building and the extension of an existing loading dock. Site improvements included extensive storage facilities, a vehicle-parking canopy and the addition of an 88-vehicle parking lot.

MWY also prepared an initial master plan, a site facilities study and a Large-Scale Development plan for this project.
